Day 1: Assistance and transportation from lima airport to your lima hotel
Starting your new adventure in Peru, arrive in our capital called the “City of the Kings” founded by the Spanish Francisco Pizzaro in 1535.
We will welcome you at your arrival, our identified personnel will have a sign with your name; we will escort you to our private transportation, during the transfer you will receive useful information, and at your hotel arrival we will assist you during your hotel Check In.
Day 2: Am lima city tour + night larco museum with dinner
Starting the day enjoy a tour of our capital, founded by the Spanish Francisco Pizzaro in 1535. During the Lima City tour you will visit the Plaza Mayor, birthplace of the city, where we can also find the Presidential Palace, the Lima Municipality, Archbishops Palace, and beautiful colonial buildings that are an important part of Lima’s identity. A few blocks away, you will visit Santo Domingo Convent, one of the most impressive architectural complexes of the 17th century.
At the evening be in a unique experience in Lima’s Larco Museum! (Founded in 1926). The museum is housed in an 18th-century vice-royal building. It showcases chronological galleries that provide a thorough overview of 5,000 years of Peruvian pre-Columbian history. It is well known for its gallery of pre-Columbian erotic pottery. This exhibition takes an in-depth look at the Andean worldview and a memorable dinner with delectable Peruvian food while you overlook the museum’s beautiful gardens.
Day 3: Full day lima-overflight nazca from ica with huacachina - lunch included
Private transportation from Lima to Ica. We will visit the Oasis of the Huacachina. After the tour we will experience an adventure through the desert of Ica aboard tubular cars, going up and down the dunes up to 150 meters high where we will also have the opportunity to practice one of the most fascinating sports in the area known as Sandboarding (board in the sand). Then we will go to the Ica aerodrome to board the flight to Nazca (a city and system of valleys on the southern coast of Peru. It is also the name of the largest existing town in the Nazca Province. The name is derived from the Nazca culture that flourished in the area between 100 BCE and 800 CE), in the skies you´ll see its iconic lines with animal shapes for approximately 1 hour, there will be 13 figures found in the desert of Peru. Finally, ending the tour, we´ll have free lunch time and then return to Lima.
Day 4: Lima departure + transfer to sacred valley
Private transfer from your Lima hotel to the Lima airport for your flight to Cusco.
Upon arrival at the Cusco airport, a GOTOPERU representative will meet you for the drive to your hotel located in the Sacred Valley (duration aprox 2hrs). During the trip we’ll stop to know the alpaca farm of Awanachancha where you can see the creation process of Andean clothes
Also we will visit the Cochahuasi Animal Sanctuary where you can be a spectator of the Andean animals in their natural habitat.

Day 5: Pisac market & ollantaytambo- train to aguas calientes
Today we will explore the “Sacred Valley” including Pisac, village known for its lively handicrafts market in the main square. Afterwards a path winds from the square past agricultural terraces up to Pisac Archaeological Park, a hilltop Incan citadel with ancient temples, plazas and the Intihuatana, a stone structure thought to have been a sundial.
Afterwards we will visit the Ollantaytambo town, a village set on the Urubamba River amid snow-capped mountains. It's known for their massive Inca fortress with large stone terraces on a hillside.
Late in the afternoon we will head to the Ollantaytambo train station to board the train to the city of Aguas Calientes.

Day 6: Tour machupicchu & return to cusco
Early morning a GOTOPERU representative will meet you at your hotel and will escort you to board a 25 minutes bus to reach the entrance of Machupicchu (15th-century Inca citadel constructed by Inca emperor Pachacutec in 1438–1472) indeed it is the most familiar icon of Inca civilization. The Incas built the estate and abandoned it a century later at the time of the Spanish conquest. Although known locally, it was not known to the Spanish during the colonial period and remained unknown to the outside world until American historian Hiram Bingham brought it to international attention in 1911. After a comprehensive tour of MachuPicchu we will return to Aguas Calientes and then take the train to the Sacred Valley. Private transfer to your Cusco Hotel.
Day 7: Sun route cusco-puno
Early morning a GOTOPERU representative will meet you at your Cusco hotel for the private transfer to board our tour bus heading to Puno.
First destination , Andahuaylillas, where you can admire the San Pedro´s Church (Constructed in the 16th-century, church dubbed the "Sistine Chapel of the Andes", offers ornate murals & decor). Then we will visit Raqchi "Wiracocha” (the creator of the Andean world) temple. Continuing the route, we will enjoy a delicious lunch buffet. Afterwards we´ll stop in “La Raya” and Pucara, where is the "the temple of fertility" and the Lithic Museum.
Arrival to the city of Puno and transfer to your hotel.
Day 8: Lake titicaca: uros & taquile
Today we will experience the Lake Titicaca, the largest lake in South America and the highest navigable body of water in the world and longtime home of highland cultures. We will start visiting the Uros Floating Islands made with cattail, as well as their handmade boats with the same material. Continuing the tour we will be on the way to the island of Taquile, where we can appreciate the immensity of the lake and all its splendor, we´ll have lunch and know more about their culture, textiles, habitants and customs.
Day 9: Sillustani tour & transfer out
Private transfer from your Puno hotel to the Juliaca airport with a short stop to explore Sillustani, the Archaeological Complex, with different chullpas or funeral towers that rise up to 12 meters high and belongs to pre-Inca and Inca cultures. These towers are located on a small peninsula surrounded by the Umayo lagoon where we can appreciate its natural beauty as well as architecture and engineering of the time.
