This is the day you've been looking forward to! After an early breakfast at your hotel, you'll board one of the first buses up to Machu Picchu to catch the sunrise. It is a truly extraordinary site that you will not want to miss! Your guide will take you on the entire tour, which will last approximately two hours. You will see all of the most important parts of Machu Picchu, such as the Temple of the Sun, the Temple of the Condor, the Temple of Three Windows, the Sun Dial, the Quarry, and the Inca House. You'll also learn about Machu Picchu's three sectors: agricultural, residential, and religious.
Those who have pre-booked extra hikes up Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain will have time to enjoy the views on their own after your tour. After you've had your fill of the breathtaking views of Machu Picchu, take the bus back down to Aguas Calientes for lunch (not included). Depending on when your train departs, you may also have time to go shopping, sightseeing, or visit a museum or hot springs.

You will be transferred to the airport following breakfast at your hotel, where you will check in for your flight to the Galapagos Islands. At the time of your arrival, a transfer will take you to the Galapagos cruise ship that you have booked.
Take some time to become comfortable in your lodgings. In order to get your adventurous Galapagos trip off to a good start, the cruise personnel will give you a briefing, and then you can have a great welcome supper.
Discover the natural wonders of the Galapagos Islands while relaxing on board your luxurious cruise ship. Your particular itinerary will be determined by the ship that you choose; nevertheless, in all circumstances, you will have the opportunity to experience land visits to some of the Galapagos' most stunning islands while being accompanied by knowledgeable naturalists. A few of the vessels that visit the Galapagos Islands also provide opportunities for scuba diving and snorkeling.
Keep on appreciating the unique plant and animal life that the Galapagos has to offer. The islands provide some of the best opportunities to watch wildlife anywhere in the world. This is not just due to the fact that the animals themselves are stunning and fascinating, but also due to the fact that many of the species are almost completely unafraid. The absence of huge predators on these islands is due to a fluke in the course of evolution; as a result, the animals that live here have developed a distinct sense of safety that sets them apart from other animal populations. This indicates that the well-known blue-footed booby will proceed to execute its awkwardly graceful two-step courtship dance right in front of your very eyes. It's likely that mockingbirds will land on your footwear. As you snorkel among them, sea lions will do swimming maneuvers like figure eights to demonstrate how well they can move through the water.
Explore a wider variety of attractions located within these well regarded areas of conservation. Whether you're on land or in the water, you'll find that the Galapagos are full of wonderful surprises provided by nature. There are enormous tortoises who groan ancient screams, pink flamingos that shimmer on the shores of hidden lagoons, marine iguanas that hiss sprays of salt, tiny penguins that dart through colorful schools of fish, and graceful tropical birds that soar across the deep blue skies.
After your final breakfast on your Galapagos cruise ship, disembark and meet your transfer to the airport for your flight home or to your next South American destination.
